Named after its creation date, the 2.55 was designed by Gabrielle Coco Chanel in February 1955 and reissued by Karl Lagerfeld fifty years later.

Chanel 2.55 Reissue 227 Maxi shoulder bag in metallic grey aged calfskin featuring aged silver-tone hardware. Opens with a classic turn-lock and a flap. Lined in metallic grey smooth calfskin with two patch pockets and one lipstick pocket against the back. Has an open pocket directly under the flap, on the back and one behind the flap. Bag features a secret zipper pocket on the inside of the top flap. Has been carried and is in excellent condition. Comes with dust bag.
